Istanbul Ship Building School

Sited adjacent to the Golden Halic Sea and the Halic shipyard, the new ship building school is a manifestation of the local ship construction industry, by providing educational components to the public. As the site is isolated from the rest of the city, the shipyard becomes a new attraction for learning.

The building mainly comprises of a series of integrated spaces for a comprehensive learning experience, including a spacious workshop, cafeteria and training rooms. This experience is concluded by ascending to the the roof gardens, overlooking the entire shipyard for visitors and trainees to appreciate the whole process and the surrounding landscapes.
